Complete Nest Box Systems

You do not need to send time adapting nest boxes to be fitted with cameras. Now you can buy nest boxes ready-made for watching in the comfort of your living room.

We recommend the "BoxWatch" system, because it is a quality product from a long established manufacturer. In their pack, they supply the nest box (fitted with the camera), cables and power supply. All you need is to connect it to the monitoring system of your choice. Other manufacturers supply such nest boxes,  but BoxWatch are the market leader. The BoxWatch kit provides you with a continous operation video signal output, which you then need to connect to the monitoring/recording system of your choice:

i-Catcher Wildlife or Console System.

If you own a PC running Microsoft Windows, then all you need is an i-Catcher Wildlife & Osprey 100 bundle. The Osprey 100 card gives your computer the ability to capture the video signal from your nest box, and i-Catcher Wildlife records the activity to your hard drive for playback at any time. With a suitable internet connection, you can also look in on your nest box from anywhere with a web browser and internet connection.

TV/Video Cassette Recorder (VCR).

If you don't own a PC, you can still enjoy the benefits of a BoxWatch system. The video signal is suitable for connection to a TV for monitoring, or a VCR for recording. Connection is typically by SCART connection, so an adapter may be needed to complete the connection.
